I think you all got the"tell your boss to fuck off" wrong, in Ferrari everybody would kneel at Luca's before the guy even entered the factory that day, this fat guy was coming to tell Kimi that he MUST go and meet with him and then the video explains itself.

I don't know exactly who he is, but he was the first one interviewed by BBC when Kimi won WDC. He has been with Kimi since the Sauber days.
Though its not his manager, who is Steve Robertson. So don't know what his exact job is or his name.

The guys is (atleast at the time of the show) a race engineer in the Ferrari team. He usually got more tv time than ze molo during a race weekend.

His surname is actually "Cordero di Montezemolo" and the correct usage is either the full surname or just Montezemolo (omitting the "di"). (from Wikipedia)

That was Gino Rosato, the stocky buffoon who was primarily known for hanging round the Ferrari pit garage without seemingly doing anything of value.
He was therefore overqualified for the position Dany Bahar had in mind for him at Lotus when he began his 'Hethel-lution'... He was named Vice-President of Corporate Affairs.
